This morning’s photos taken on April 30 depict Metropolitan Police vehicles blocking access to Hainault station on New North Road. A police helicopter was spotted hovering over the area, which has been cordoned off by authorities since approximately 7 am.

According to reports, police were called to a scene where a vehicle had crashed into a house, and individuals were reported to have been stabbed. A man wielding a sword was apprehended after assaulting several people, including two police officers.

New North Road has been shut down in both directions as authorities handle the situation. While the incident is ongoing, buses are operating on a modified schedule, and nearby roads are experiencing disruptions.
